Aceasta va am\u00e2na cu\u00a0doi ani\u00a0intrarea \u00een vigoare a dispozi\u021biilor Directivei \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te raportarea privind durabilitatea de c\u0103tre \u00eentreprinderi (CSRD) pentru \u00eentreprinderile mari care nu au \u00eenceput \u00eenc\u0103 s\u0103 raporteze, precum \u0219i pentru IMM-urile cotate la burs\u0103, precum \u0219i cu\u00a0un an termenul de transpunere \u0219i prima faz\u0103 a aplic\u0103rii (care acoper\u0103 cele mai mari companii) a Directiva privind diligen\u021ba necesar\u0103 \u00een materie de durabilitate a \u00eentreprinderilor (CSDD).
